Mr. Loganbill is a licensed architect and landscape architect with more than twenty years of experience. The majority of his career has been in project/program management and operational roles. He has led planning and entitlement projects where he master-planned, managed, and shepherded the planning and entitlement process for projects ranging from 20 acres to 800 acres in size. He has also been involved in traditional architecture projects where he managed the planning, design and construction of projects ranging from $100,000 to over $100 million. Most of the last 5 years working with the Volz Company has been focused in affordable housing.
Most recently, he has been representing community colleges and value-based institutions in California building affordable housing. In these projects, Mr. Loganbill manages the day to day project intricacies on behalf of our clients while ensuring all decisions are made and actions are taken with the overall project goals and objectives in mind. He prides himself on being able to engage stakeholders in a meaningful way to solve problems, manage risk, and find creative solutions that yield the best possible results for the project and client.
